Yes — and most dealerships start this way. F&I managers enter deal details directly into the Manager Portal (takes about 90 seconds), then hit send. DMS and F&I menu integrations like Darwin Automotive are available to automate this step, but they're not required to go live on day one.
What does the customer actually receive?
A text message and/or email with a personal link — no app download, no account required. The link opens a mobile-optimized page showing their exact deal: purchase price, finance terms, every F&I product they purchased (and what was offered but declined), a warranty countdown with estimated mileage remaining, and their service schedule.
Is there an app the customer needs to download?
No. The deal summary opens in any browser — Safari, Chrome, it doesn't matter. There's nothing to install. The page is also installable as a home screen shortcut on iOS and Android for customers who want quick access, but that's optional and takes one tap.
How long does setup take?
